- What would I do?
  
  Case Counselors interview annulment petitioner's and collect documents to present to the annulment advocate to determine potential grounds for an annulment.
  
  Skills needed:
  Understanding of Catholic Faith
  Understanding of Annulment process-
  (Diocese will train you with Pastor's Mandate)
  Nonjudgemental listening
  Technical writing
  Attention to detail
  Computer/Word processing skills
  Annulment Advocates prepare the libellus (petition) and serve as an advocate from submission through appeal for petitioners and respondents.
  Skills needed:
  Understanding of Catholic Faith
  Understanding of Annulment process/grounds for nullity
  (Diocese will train you with Pastor's Mandate)
  Nonjudgemental listening
  Technical/legal writing
  Attention to detail
  Computer/Word processing skills
  
  Both positions require a Pastor's mandate to serve and EIM training.
  Training is provided through the Diocese of Austin.
