Lamp Dedications

Each year the Mass Intention Book fills up quickly. Church and Chapel Lamps are available throughout the year to help parishioners dedicate their intentions. Each Lamp burns for an entire week, beginning Sunday through Saturday. 
 
Guidelines for Lamp Dedication
 
Lamps could be dedicated and burn in memory or in honor of:

• A deceased loved one

• A living person who is sick or suffering
• A living person who is celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other special moment.
• Thanksgiving to God,
• A special prayer intention (IF the intention does not contradict Church teaching)
• “Private Intention” cannot be listed as a Lamp Dedication.

 
Scheduling a Lamp Dedication
 
To schedule Lamp Dedications, please submit the form to the parish office during office hours. Office hours are 
8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Lamp Dedications are not taken over the phone.
 
Donation

• Donations for each Lamp dedication is $5 per Lamp.
• Form of payment: Cash or Checks made payable to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Parish 
• No Lamp Dedication will be reserved in the Mass Intention book without payment donation.
