The St. Thomas Aquinas Medical Mission team travels to Guatemala each year in March. We are looking forward to another year serve and care for indigenous peoples in the region and support the mission of the Missionaries of Charity who live and work there. Would you be interested in joining us this year?
The team is composed of doctors, nurses, dentists, physical therapists, linguists, and others desiring to minister to the poor. The team does all its own fundraising, medication, and supply purchasing, and packing. The team draws medical personnel from Texas and beyond.
Please prayerfully consider joining us on this challenging and rewarding spiritual experience. We ask that all who come do so with hands and hearts willing to serve Jesus in his distressing disguise of the poorest of the poor. All missionaries who go with us to Guatemala must complete the Ethics and Integrity in Ministry training. Because this is now a mandatory qualifier for participation, we ask that the class be taken by November 23, 2019. Register here for the next EIM Workshop.
